The renewed “full Belgian” Travellin’ Blue Kings line-up bears solid letters of nobility and an impressive pedigree: Blues Lee, Last Call, The Electric Kings, The Scabs, Hideaway, Howlin’ Bill, … just to name a few.

The album “Bending The Rules”, released in 2022, is the synthesis of the passion and ability of five gentlemen who have nothing left to prove. The title says it all: honest songs that aren’t necessarily painted within the dotted lines of the genre, but who simply fill themselves in. The record has been very well received by the media and generated considerable airplay in Europe and the States, resulting in the band being booked in France, the Netherlands, Germany and Norway.

The single “Brothers and Sisters”, released in May 2023, confirmed the path taken, albeit this time with a pinch of gospel, and testifies once again to a critical view of the goings-on in the world. And now there’s “It’s Better” ….
